These guys are great! Their Chief is tops in my book. Easy to get along with, fair and reasonable, polite, friendly, and open.
The Swarthmore police are extremely good at trying to convince you that whatever you're doing **must** be illegal. It's no surprise that these guys are bored with their jobs and hungry for some respect, but sorry officer, sitting in my car past 11 pm is not a crime, nor is worthy of a citation. I'm sure if they channeled even just half their energy into actually trying to protect people, rather than trying to intimidate young people and assert some dominance, Swarthmore would be a lot more bearable.
